Trust & Compliance
How We Handle Client and Customer Data
At ScaleHatch, we take data privacy, compliance, and ethical practices seriously — because our work is rooted in trust.
When we assist startups and businesses with receivables and follow-up systems, we may access customer data such as names, invoices, contact details, and communication logs. To ensure transparency and compliance, we follow a structured legal and ethical framework:
What We Require from Clients
Before we begin any project, we ensure the following:
Authorized Access:
Clients provide written consent and authorization (via a signed Letter of Authorization or NOC) stating that ScaleHatch is permitted to act on their behalf for receivables-related communication.
Data Sharing Agreement:
Clients confirm they have obtained proper consent from their customers before sharing any personal data with us. This agreement outlines how the data will be accessed, used, and protected by our team.
Service Agreement & Indemnity:
All client relationships are governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA) which includes data security, liability, confidentiality, and clear scope of work. Clients are also responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
Privacy Respect:
We act within defined boundaries — we're not a collection agency, and we never use pressure tactics. Our communication systems are polite, brand-aligned, and compliant with India's data protection laws.
